Little Things

Luke 16
He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he
that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.  Luke 16:10


LET IT GLOW

Jesus said in verse 17, "And it is easier for heaven and earth to pass, than one
tittle of the law to fail."

What God says, happens. His Word is Truth. It will come to pass. I am glad
there is something that never changes.

The Word of God stands forever. Isaiah 40: 8

But the Word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by
the gospel is preached unto you.  1 Peter 1:25


LET IT GROW

It's the little things that matter-a child's hug, a thank you, a door held open,
a compliment. Those are the ones that make me feel loved. Maybe it's
because we expect the big things-birthday and anniverary gifts. Several months
ago my husband surprised me, shocked me is the description,  with a dozen
red roses, for no special reason, he just  wanted to do it.  Now, that's love,
L-O-V-E, love. (It was a first.)

Jesus said these things to His disciples and the Pharisees heard (NLT):

• If you're faithful in little things, you will be faithful in big ones. (verse 10)
• But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater

          responsibilities. (verse 10)

• And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you

          with the true riches of heaven? (verse 11)

• And if you are not faithful with other people's things, why should you be trusted

          with things of your own? (verse 12)

• You cannot serve both God and money. (verse 13b)

LET IT GO

Trust God that He keeps His Word.

Be faithful, honest, trustworthy, serving God.
