LET IT GLOW

I missed watching our granddaughter handle her lambs at the county fair's sheep show. However, my grandpa recorded it for me. I was so proud of her progress in developing the talent needed. She placed second in two showings and fourth in another. Although, I really think she should have received grand champion, for the one who did could not even catch his sheep running around the pen. All the while, our granddaughter remained in control of her lamb. Well, this was her last showing since she is a senior. 

Here it was probably the last week of Jesus' life. How did He spend it? He spent the daytime teaching in the Temple. Then Jesus went out and spent the night on the Mount of Olives, which is above the city on a hill. The large crowds in the Temple protected Jesus from being arrested. His private location kept Him safe from kidnapping or execution in the evenings. 

Where would you spend your last few days on earth if you knew it was?

LET IT GROW

Soon, households all around Jerusalem would be preparing their Passover lambs for sacrifice. And so it was for the Lamb of God. (Swindoll)

Eventually, the religious leaders would find out where Jesus was staying each night-led there by a traitor. 

We must be alert, ready, and living in anticipation of the coming rapture that will precede the period of the tribulation. (Tony Evans)

Let go of those things which become lust of the flesh, lust of the eyes, and pride tempting us away from Jesus.
