LET IT GLOW

Can I share what is on my heart today? Sunday night we stepped out of the boat and are walking by faith toward Jesus, as Peter did. After 22 years of pastoring our church, my husband resigned as pastor. We don't have any plans, just looking where God is leading and resting in the mean time. September 29 is our last day, so everyone will have time to adjust to this change. It is time for both the church and for us to walk on, which is by faith. We have had blessings and heartaches, and developed friendships which will last a lifetime. So please pray for us. We want to continue to serve our Lord Jesus, just need a direction to go. I am continuing this blog writing, so please continue with me as we walk by faith until He calls us home or in the air.

Shall we continue to review the description about the kingdom woman, according to Tony Evans?
  • She has God has her primary influence and seeks to please Him.
  • She positions herself under and operates according to the rule of God over every area of life.
  • She brings glory to God in her excellence in all she does.
  • She obeys God's Word and chooses to walk the faith of faith unsure of the outcome.
  • She prays regularly and specifically.
  • She bears kingdom fruit.
  • Her lifestyle is one of reverence and worship, a teachable spirit, and has self-control.
  • she disciples, trains, and models how to be a kingdom woman.
Are you needing to get out of your boat of comfort and safety to experience the extraordinary with Jesus?

LET IT GROW

A kingdom woman:
  • is blessed in order to be a blessing. Whatever God has given her, she uses her gift, talent, and unique life to be lived and used for God's purpose.
  • is not perfect, but a forgiven and forgiving woman.
  • is willing to abandon her own agenda, plans, and hang-ups to act on what God says.
Are there any of these principles which you need to develop in your life, my friend?

LET IT GO
... of the past and look to Jesus for my future.
... and walk by faith today.
... and let Jesus be my guide.
