If you love Me, keep My commandments. (verse 15)

LET IT GLOW 

What is proof that we love Jesus? It is our obedience. If we truly love Him, we will seek to obey Him. If we truly love Him, we will seek to obey Jesus. Love is first and foremost a decision, not an emotion. Our relationship with Him drives our desire to please Jesus. God wants our obedience, but He wants it to be motivated by love-not law. (The Tony Evans Bible Commentary)

The Greek word for love used in verse 15 is agapao, which means to love (in a social or moral sense; be loved.

Love for Christ is inseparable from obedience. (MacArthur)

Jesus told us to love God and love others. How are we doing with that?

LET IT GROW 

Jesus told us He would send us a Comforter, a Helper of the same kind. It is the Holy Spirit. He has the same quality and character as Christ. He will remain forever. (verse 16)
